Chewy's Customer Service is...

I've said it before, and I'll say it again. Chewy's customer service is beyond the best.

I contacted them to inquire about where my cat food was. It normally shows up after about 2 days, and it had been 3 days. I saw online that it was delayed, so i was just curious as to why. I wasn't even in a position where I had ran out of food for my cats.

I wasn't complaining, I wasn't upset, just curious. Chewy's response was "we're sorry your cat food has not arrived. We will send you another box of cat food, free of charge."

I want to reiterate that I was not upset or anything, but Chewy is going above and beyond to make their customers happy. I offered to pay for the new shipment, but the representative said that that wouldn't be necessary. If there was any way I could donate money to Chewy, I would.

For as long as I have pets in my house, I will forever be using Chewy.com. I appreciate everything they represent and advocate anyone that isn't using Chewy to try them out for a month or two.
