I am worried that my dog is experiencing an intestinal blockage, what do I do?

I have a 6 year old pitbull who is acting very strange. My husband and I came home from a day of caring for his unwell mother and noticed our pup was acting weird. She has never been known to eat things she shouldn’t, but everything I am seeing points to an intestinal blockage. This started 48 hours ago and I began by giving her medication for nausea. She was prescribed this medication by our vet because she vomits pretty frequently for unknown reasons. We had the vet look into the vomiting and she came to the conclusion that she simply had a combination of motion sickness and a sensitive tummy. Her medication always seems to work and she feels better within a few hours of taking it. This time however, that was not the case. She started off nonstop licking her mouth and swallowing. Which is normal when she feels like she needs to vomit. I gave her medication and hours later she was still exhibiting the behavior. Today she has vomited the equivalent of three full meals, and has had bouts of diarrhea. In her stool I was able to see very small pieces of a tennis ball. I have no clue where she would have found a tennis ball as she is constantly around us, and is now allowed to have most toys (including tennis balls) because she rips them up and makes a mess. She has never eaten a toy, she normally just plays with them. All of the toys in the house are unbreakable because we know she enjoys chewing on them and do not want her to destroy them. Now she has begun to shake in pain and pin her ears back. I am completely unable to pay for anymore vet visits because I very recently paid over $1000 to treat my other dog who had congestive heart failure. She had to be euthanized which was very expensive and I wasn’t going to not get her ashes back which also ended up costing me a ton of money. Now it appears as though the only dog I have left requires emergency vet care and possibly a major surgery. How can I possibly get her the help she needs when I can’t afford it? I have been a very responsible owner to both dogs and have spent all the money I had saved to give end of life care to one. The remaining dog has always been up to date on vaccines and heart worm prevention as well as regular exams from our vet. I can not afford this emergency just a month after I paid for all the other extensive vet care my other pet received before she was euthanized. I would love to give my dog up for adoption to give her a chance but she is a pitbull covered in fighting scars and is 6 years old, I do not believe she will get any chance at all no matter where she goes. Atlanta shelters are filled to the brim with pitbulls and most are euthanized because there isn’t enough room. What are my options? How can I give my dog the care she needs?
