My kitten's tummy is bloated

hello r/Pets. First time posting here. Just wanted to ask about my kitten. He's about 7 weeks old now but seems underdeveloped than his siblings. He's much smaller and has a bloated tummy. His eyes also discharge some sort of mucus, though is now lessened than before. Other than that, he is quite lively, still enjoys playing with his siblings here (their mom is also our pet). Just wondering why he looks underdeveloped? Thanks guys
