Why is my dog terrified of my girlfriend?

My dog isn’t like this with anyone else that I know of. Whenever she sees my girlfriend she’ll immediately run away.

She also starts shaking as if she is scared.

My girlfriend has never been able to interact with her due to this. I can’t figure out what’s wrong with her?

My girlfriend has a dog but she’s never been afraid of other people that have dogs.

Has anyone ever experienced a similar situation in which their dog is just terrified of a specific person?
