A parakeet flew into my house today and I have nothing to properly take care of it. What should I do?

Little green guy flew into my house earlier. Trying to keep it for now to find its rightful owner or just adopt the little guy. Right now it’s just loose in my room with a plate of water and no food. What do I do guys
