My cats won't stop putting their cat food in the water bowl, it's getting quite annoying.
I have obviously tried moving the water bowl away from the food in the room that I keep it in but they are either purposely keeping the food in their mouth to drop in the water bowl or they are somehow unaware of the fact that they have unchewed food in their mouth
This never used to be a problem so I blamed the newest cat, but apparently it's my oldest cat since I catch her doing it. Maybe they're all in on it but the oldest is bad at hiding her actions.
I have to change their water more than once a day since they cry if there is food floating in the water bowl.
