I was going about my Saturday normally, when a few hours ago my mother gets home with a tiny baby Siamese, less than 1 pound and 5 weeks old. She apparently bought him from a breeder (I think) who also had his brother there. His mother, according to breeder, is out of milk. Mother plans on taking kitten to vet soon.
While I love cats, I'm just a bit worried. I'm 15, and I'll have to go back to high school on Thursday, from 8 - 4 ish. We also do not have another cat/kitten. Will this kitten learn how to cat?
I know how he should be fed right now and stuff like that. I'm also aware of time periods for vaccines/neutering. But what else should I be aware of?
Any advice as to what to do right now would help. I really want the kitten to have a good kittenhood that paves the way for a good adulthood.
