When I (F) get home, my lovely dog gets very waggy tailed and then will automatically lie down and roll onto her back, exposing her belly. I always give her some good belly scritches! When my partner comes home (M) she jumps up and down, then gets lots of scritches! I have no doubt that she loves us both but I just wondered if there was any significance to the different ways she greets us? One thought is that it might be to do with the different things we typically provide. My partner is the one who usually takes her for big long walks where as I am the one who is more likely to give her (healthy) treats. What do you guys think?
