My Siamese cat, who is around 11 years old and has been declining over the past year, is starting to wind down physically. I think he’s getting ready to die soon, but I’m not exactly sure. His balance is way off and he has trouble walking and balancing now. His mood is down. But he’s still walking about...and eating and drinking. And purring! I’ve been looking after him all night, helping him when needed but giving him space. I’ve made a few comfortable areas he can rest in. We’ve kept the noise volume low and calm. Anything else I can do to make him comfortable and uplift his spirits? Our holistic veterinarian gave us cannabis-chew treats to help keep him comfortable. Any advice is much appreciated!!
