I recently got a tiny bengal kitty and he's just a little over 2 months old. We got him 2 days ago and he was a little shy at first, but quickly made himself very comfortable around us. In fact, he's just sitting beside me right now, wondering what I'm touching with my fingers!
Anyways, he was eating fine until yesterday night. We took away his food bowl so that we can feed him in the morning. Now he's not touching the food! He's trying to bury it with invisible sand... So we thought maybe yesterday's food is no good, so we opened up a new pack and he's not interested - even tried to hand feed him. Then we tried hard food. He's not having any of it. Even though he's not eating, he was running around and playing for quite a while.
We took him to the vet yesterday and he looked normal externally, but no blood tests or anything were done.
How do we deal with this and how do I make sure he eats at least a little?
