Hey sorry for this some what stupid and likely repetitive question. Anyway, when I was younger my parents got me a kitten and I loved it so much. It grew with me and it killed me when he passed away. Fast forward to now, and I'm living with my grandparents while I attend University in another city. I'd love to adopt a kitten (there are plenty on Kijiji for re-homing). My grandparents are fine with me having a kitten, but they won't help pay for it (which I can understand and respect.). My grandparents place has lots of room and a nice front/back yard for the cat to play in.
As you can guess, I'm a university student so I don't have lots of money to spend. I have enough money to get the cat a litter box, toys, food and etc... Only thing that concerns me is the veterinarians visits. How much should I expect to pay to care for it yearly?
