rabbit help

so, i have recently adopted a rabbit, she was being rehomed and i’ve been wanting a rabbit for a while now. she was super duper sweet at the persons home who was rehoming her. she didn’t flinch, bite, anything. on our way home 30-ish minutes, she was fine. when we got home we set up her cage and everything. i have a fairly big room so i let her explore. she hates our dog... like hates her. when ever she hears the jingling of her collar she freaks out, we have a very small dog (the bunny is about the size of her) and she is very gentle with every animal, (we also have two hamsters and she is so sweet with them) she kept thumping and it was really loud and scaring me a lot... she stopped after a while but, i ended up putting a sheet over her cage for the night so, she wouldn’t see my dog and she was fine. so, this morning i let her roam a little more and she just looked around. i tried to pet her and she flinched A LOT. it scared me and i don’t want her to turn mean but, idk what i’m going to do if she doesn’t start liking my dog.. i’ve had my dog for a while so, she has all seniority over every pet in the household. they said that they had had this bunny for two years and that’s the only place she’s lived. she has a huge cage,food,water,liter box,treats,hay,salt licks, a sleeping corner and she still is very nervous. is there anyway i could bond with her? my sister did bathtub bonding with her hamsters and it worked well... i don’t wanna have to rehome her again but, if worse comes to worse we may have to :/ please give any advice
