I believe my cat (about a year old) has URI. It just started yesterday, she's breathing with her mouth open, has been hiding away in closets and under beds, and she hasn't been eating much. Money is a tight so I am a little hesitant to take her to a vet if i don't have to. Does anyone have experience with URI in cats? Should i take her to a vet tomorrow or does she just need rest? She isn't showing other symptoms and besides not eating, she doesn't seem to be in too much discomfort. Any help/tips are greatly appreciated. I'm worried for my kitty :(
