I've had these kittens since they were 8 weeks old, a boy and girl. The male cat is very friendly, but the female has always been skittish. Brought them to a clinic to be fixed about 2 months ago and have been dealing with fleas since then, and I can't actually touch the female cat to bathe her. Shes taken a co-star pill (I gave it to them separately, so I know she had one) but she wont let me come close enough to grab her to give her a bath. Shes always been very hesitant for contact, we've tried to let her adjust at her own rate (she'll lay on the couch with you if you sit still long enough, but darts off if you try to touch her) but at this point she kind of NEEDS to be bathed for her sake and the sake of not spreading fleas. I've managed to bathe the male cat (while being clawed to death and always offer wet food/treats during and after bathing) but I can't get near her. I'm about ready to dose her with valium to knock her out so I can catch her. Please please HELP!
