Hello, I got my cat but something is weird about her.. Any help please?

Hello, so I got my cat.. What I didn't notice that she was fat but.. Her belly looks weird?

She's neutered from what I understood from the previous owner...

I'm planning to take her to the vet once she settles down but if its an emergency ill go as soon as possible..
