Relatives believe dogs should always remain outside 😔

What do I do with family who just don't care about the well being of their pets? 2 senior dogs are left out in the cold with rain & wind in their small dog house. They refuse to let the dogs indoors because they just dont believe that dogs belong indoors. Those doggies have seen temps of 100 + degrees and of 38 degrees. (Thats cold for California) I stayed with them briefly & bought leashes to take them for a walk, I was saddened to know that they didn't know what a walk was or what a leash was. It was probably the only time someone took them out for a walk. They live confined to a tiny space next to the house where no one sees them unless u live in the house & can take a peek at them. Yes, family feeds them & cleans up their messes & because of me...they have blankets but what else can I do? Those doggies deserve to live out their last days with love warmth, kindness & love. They are so wonderful & loving. I wish i could take them but I have a newborn & toddler to take care of. My heart hurts for them 😔
