My cat is 1 y/o Siamesse and when I adopted to her, I was told by the vet that she is spayed.
Today, she start showing symptoms of an in heat cat. So I'm just really confused?? It's not the mating season and she is supposedly "spayed", so is it possible for a cat to be in heat in winter? Only explanation I can think of is since she was abandoned at the vet by the previous owner, the owner probably lied about her being spayed.
Any advice to calm her and tips to remove urine in case she sprays on furniture is greatly appreciated!
