Mice are so loud! But amazing ha

I got pet mice a while ago and the noise hasn’t been to bad but I got another older one from a pet store that I wanted to give a good home to for however long it has. But, it drinks water and runs on the wheel ALL NIGHT are there any cheap (if even possible free) ways to muffle the noise so I can sleep? Any advice is appreciated
