My indoor kitties love hanging out on our 2nd floor apartment balcony. What can I do to give them access to the outdoors in the house im about to move into that doesn't have an elevated balcony to hang at

Because my apartment balcony was on the second floor, it naturally prevented my kitties from jumping down and leaving my house. We are about to move into a house that doesn't have a balcony and I want to ensure that they have access to that summer breeze when the time comes

I'm considering making some contraption that nets them into a container but I fear that will look tacky. Has anyone had a similar issue and any recommendations?
