This happened a few months back.
I accidentally ordered the wrong size harness for my dog. I asked chewy to send the correct size and bill my account.
Not only did they send the replacement, free of charge; they told me to donate the wrong one to a local organization!
I thought this was awesome customer service, remind you my account is basically inactive.
Post your results, free advertising for a company I think deserves it! :)
