Hey guys, so to start off I’m completely new in this forum and completely new to keeping a mantis. That being said, the reason I’m here today is because I’ve been searching and searching for some time now for a little mantis buddy to keep and care for!
However I’ve ran in to some issues and my biggest issue seems to be that I live in Ontario, Canada. No online stores seems to want to ship to Canada I assume because of the legal grey area that involves mantids coming into Canada. I know for a fact the Chinese mantis is 100% legal where I am.
So I’m asking on this forum today for any breeders or anyone that would be willing to ship a mantis to myself here in Ontario Canada so that I can finally take up this fascinating hobby and care for one of these incredible creatures! I’m obviously not expecting anything for free and will cover shipping and whatever price you’re asking for said mantis! Thanks a lot guys :) hope one of you can help me!!!
P.S If you have a different suggested kind of mantis you would be willing to ship as well, I’d love to learn about it and of course would be interested in anything experts such as yourselves could suggest! :)
