He's never been a cat who shows affection to anyone. The most affection he's ever shown was to my mum, who he loves dearly. But even still it was just when HE wanted it, if she wanted to pet him or anything and he wasn't feeling like it she'd let her know, and he'd run away or hide to be alone. He'd always tolerate me, I kiss his little head a lot and he hates it but he tolerates it. He'd rub against my legs if he wanted food and sometimes he'd come and sleep on my bed, or he'd wake me up with massages because he wanted food and he thought that he'd get it by being sweet lol, but that was it. But lately, he's been showing me a LOT of affection, and I'm not sure why. Just now he jumped onto my lap and gave me a little hug. That's the first time he's ever done this. It took me 5 years to get him to like me, but I did it. I might cry
