Cat frequently squats to pee, with little to no pee ... UTI? Home remedies?

I care for a colony of feral cats. One is a somewhat-friendly 2 year old female outdoor cat. Lately I noticed her squatting to pee, but little to nothing coming out. Mostly a little. She eats pretty well (dry food, sometimes fish juice separately) and acts quite normal, except for this.

She does get stressed out by her more dominant siblings sometimes though, and seems to get irritated when some of them are close by and she gets a whiff.

Due to the lockdown, and therefore finances as well, getting to a vet (not to mention one that's OK with ferals) is a bit tough right now. I've been reading a bunch of remedies online, and would like to know if there is any merit to them or experiences. I saw that Apple Cider Vinegar diluted in water can help, I've also seen some positive reviews of HomeoPet products. Any other suggestions? Preferably something I can administer in water or food? Thank you for your time.
