Multiple cats are sick after introducing new one

Pretty long week for our cat family.

We just got our fifth cat 10 days ago and for 5 days kept her alone in her room. Shes a 9 month old female with an odd shape to her (round) and I thought maybe she had FIP. I took her to the vet where they did ultra sound, xray and concluded she doesn't have FIP just an odd shape.

Our 10 year old male started pacing, getting very stressed out and hacking as if he was going to throw up and nothing was coming out or it was just bile. He's already stressed from our other kitten that we've had for six months that dive bombs him constantly. I assumed he was pretty stressed out and didn't want to make an appointment (I'm at the vet a ton anyways), started administering CBD to help with stress, made extra beds for them to sleep in, cleaned up everything, and gave him more alone time. This has seemed to help and his symptoms a few days later have greatly improved. He's eating well and back to his old self after a ffew days (knock onon wood).

On Wednesday our 13 year old female was diagnosed with Hyper T. They gave her medication for it then after taking it for a day she stopped eating and also started to act as if she was throwing up constantly/throwing up bile. I figured she was having an adverse reaction to the medication/dosage was too high so we called the vet and they said to stop medication. Shes pretty sick.

After 24 hours of being off the medication she is still barely eating, sleeping and hiding. We've been giving her fluids. We're likely taking her to emergency tomorrow.

I took our new kitten back to the vet because I noticed her lymph node on the right side felt enlarged. The vet said it was nothing to worry about but I felt rushed out the door.

Then tonight our other 9 month old kitten started licking her lips a ton, began hiding a bit, and wouldn't touch her food. She's obsessed with food so this was alarming and she started kinda hacking up but not as frequently, no vomit.

Later tonight our oldest 13 year old whos maybe recovering from cancer started also hacking as if he was throwing up and nothings coming out but his symptoms thus far are minor.

No diaherra from anyone.

I think they all likely are spreading a bug around. Any experience?
