I’ve wanted a chihuahua for SO long. I’m visiting my dad in Florida (I live in Connecticut) & there is a chihuahua for sale for $100. I don’t think dogs are allowed in my apartment back home, but I can just act like I’m pet-sitting and just hide the dog for now. Should I buy it?
