My cat loves drinking out of the sink. To the point where she literally sits at the sink half the day waiting for me to go wash my hands and turn the water on for her.
I worry she's not drinking out of her bowl and wanted a fountain for her. I bought the Catit Flower Fountain this weekend as it topped a lot of reviews. I set it up yesterday and she won't go near it. I moved her food bowl away from it and it's away from her litter box.
I was considering getting a different one. I'm wondering if she doesn't like this one because it's huge and has bright colors (top looks like a flower) and the water barely trickles out of it. Been looking at some others that appear to have a stronger stream/more space but then I read the negative reviews and get worried (even though they all have average of 4+ stars)
So my questions to those who have water fountains
-what model do you have?
-how long have you had it?
-How do you like it? Have you had any issues?
-how long did it take your cat to start using it?
