So long story short I want to adopt a cat and my apartment complex wants me to pay $300. The animal shelter asks for my address and the name and number of my landlord. If I put down a random house and give them my friends number will this work? Before you say anything negative just know I am willing to pay the $300 and keep the cat if I get caught and I know this will not cause eviction as it is considered a minor offense. I am just trying to get out of paying the $300.
