Anyone know a certain bird disease like this?

It’s a long story why I need to find out a bird disease like this but it’s very urgent. My birds are lovebirds.

So is there any bird diseases out there that can be:

1) determined by a test from a vet

2) expensive to treat

3) often fatal

I just need to find a bird disease with those three requirements.
