I have a dog (2 years old, almost 3, female) who doesn’t do anything without me

A little context. She was born from one of my dogs who died recently. Ever since she was born, I spent so much time with her. I took care of her all the time and she quickly formed a strong bond with me. She’s a small dog so she always lays next to me wherever I am. I don’t know if it’s because she favors me over everyone (my other dogs do too which is why this is confusing) but she won’t do anything when I leave her in my backyard. She has shown clingy behavior before but it’s not like separation anxiety. She just won’t do anything without me. I have 3 other dogs so she’s not alone out there. I have a large backyard so there’s plenty of space for all of them to play, eat, do their business, etc. Whenever she’s out there, she just walks straight back to the entrance, and lays there. She’ll also cry and scratch the door sometimes. For the past couple months, I’ve been trying to get her to be more independent and actually do something out there by shooing her away from the door whenever I see her there but she just puts herself right back there when I leave. She eats when I go outside with her but that’s all. I’ve got a food and water bowl inside my bedroom so she eats and drinks whenever she wants (as long as she’s sure I’m staying put). I always leave my bedroom door open so she can go and eat whenever she’s inside but all she does is follow me everywhere. She even tries following me in the bathroom and cries occasionally when I take too long. She never leaves the door. I don’t want her to end up getting problems because she’s starving herself trying to be with me constantly. Is there any way to prevent this from happening or making her more independent?
