Well to start off I had my Doberman mix (Rocky) for about a year, his birthday is in a week. Very energetic dog loves to run, play with me, go outside everyday, Sleep 😂 Love my dog he's sleeping with me right now.
My younger sisters brought home 2 kittens not too long ago its been about a month and a few weeks having them. Very cute and small. Confident Sneaky asf xD. One of them about the size of my palm sneaked up on a full grown chicken we have in my backyard. While the chicken was eating one of the kittens jumped and try to scratch it or something 😂. The chicken was scared asf Lmaoo. Karma for tryna attack the cats.
Anyways, Rocky is very gentle with the kittens. I'm sure he's accepted them. Rocky actually likes being around them mostly smelling them haha. He's just way to big to try to play with them. It's funny when he tries to put his huge paws on their little heads 😂.
The thing is my sisters are not doing anything they need to do to keep them from spreading fleas around the house. I keep trying to tell them to not let them near Rocky or keep them in their room because they're starting spread a lot of fleas. I even had fleas jump on my phone earlier and neither Rocky nor the kittens were even in the room. They just dont listen and its starting to get a little frustrating. I'm the only one spraying flea spray around the house. Fleas get on my dog when I'm not home because the kittens are just roaming around the house freely which I don't mind if they were actually clean. It's just i want them to realize we got to work together to get rid of the fleas but no one listens. They think its not a big deal.
I'm going to take him to the vet for a flea medication or shot whatever they do this week but what's the point if they don't even bathe the cats or even groom the kittens lol like bruh just use a toothbrush. Its like they just have them because they're small and cute. My parents wont pay for the kittens to go to vet so what should i do?? I might just have to do it myself even if its not my job. At the same time i'm saving up for a car and to go back to school with the checks coming in now that I stopped working. I need a lil advice anything will help and if im doing anything wrong feel free to tell me. Thank You.
