Assistance needed for dog w/ runny nose and (now) gagging harshly

Okay so my dog Josie is a 4-almost-5 year old Lhasa Apso and since yesterday or the day before she was acting funny. She has this runny nose and has been reverse sneezing here and there

But just before, she started gagging (it sounded absolutely horrible too) and it sounds like she wants to hack stuff up- so i’m assuming snot is going into her throat?

And idk what to do. Internet is not helping at all. Can’t really take her to the vet or ask my mom considering it’s after midnight.

Help? What do I do??
