I recently moved back to my college town and since then my cat has been a menace. He is about a year a half old and shortly after I moved he started to pee on my bed. He has never done this before and when I took him to the vet they said he had cystitis. We assumed it was from the stress of moving. A couple days later I ended up bringing him to the emergency vet as he had mild pancreatitis. He’s recovered from that and since he got back from the hospital I’ve done everything to alleviate his issues like switched to only wet food, put out 3 water bowls, get a second litter box, and increased play time. Despite this he’s still peeing where he’s not supposed to. He keeps peeing on his cat bed and tonight he peed on my bed for the 6th time. I am at my wits end and literally do not know what else I can do for him. I have to pay $3 for every load of laundry and I have to do 3 loads of laundry every time he pees on my bed and I am beyond exhausted doing this over and over again. Has anyone else had a similar experience, and if so what did you do?
