I want to have more Guinea Pigs as pet any advise would be helpful

I love my Guinea Pigs and I want to have more, but I notice that when I get new one then old Guinea Pigs don't like them as you can see they are fighting over the food https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q_fpYxajuyE

Any suggestion would be helpful. Also, more noise when we get more the Guinea Pigs so any idea for that?
