Hey my old girl has a few mats on her back hip since she has trouble cleaning herself back there since she is an older cat , I try to stay on top of brushing but they will always sneak back . I usually get her shaved in the summer but its fall now , should I be worried that if I shave her she will have trouble staying warm ? She is a much happier cat after a haircut and LOVES the belly rubs after just concerned that with her fur shaved she will be cold this winter any feedback is greatly appreciated!
