Any advice on how to survive with my teenage cat?

Hi! My girlfriend and I have a 9 month old cat, Pixel. We recently moved and of course he came with us to our new apartment. The problem is he's acting like a jerk and we don't know what to do... During the day he mostly sleeps but whenever awake he jumps on walls and doors, he claws the furniture and just does whatever he knows is not allowed. Now I get that he's a teenager but I'm not sure how we're going to survive this phase. The worst part is during nighttime. We go to sleep quite early, around 10pm and usually get up around 7:30 on weekdays. We don't let him in the bedroom with us, we never did. In our previous apartment he would meow occasionally but would soon stop. Here however he wakes us up a few times per night with his constant meowing and clawing on the door. I just want to be able to sleep and right now I'm concerned that our neighbors will complain soon as he's really loud. I really don't know what to do. It's been three weeks and he's used to the apartment yet he doesn't stop screaming whenever we're sleeping or taking a shower. He has access to very good cat food (recommended by our vet), a water fountain, many toys, a cat tree and has enough space. We even recently bought a feliway diffuser that's supposed to calm him down but we see absolutely no effect. So please reddit, we would really appreciate any advice!
