My cat is kinda taking me somewhere

I dont know why but my pregnant cat tries to lead me upstairs and lead me to my bunkbed, theres nothing there just some blankets and pillows also my cat often sleeps there, when i try to leave she goes down and lead me there again. Am kinda confused since idk whats shes trying to tell me but its making me nervous
