Hear me out please, we have a lot of cats and after a while my mother got frustrated with all the damage they cause in the house so she decided to built them a room upstairs. They get the essentials like food, water and litter changed daily but there’s not a lot of human contact anymore as most of my family members are irresponsible and don’t wanna bother spending time inside that cat room. I had this discussion with my mom many times and she refuses to have them roam in the house again, and they all wouldn’t agree to have them rehomed even though they’re practically ignoring their existence at this point. I don’t have the power alone to be making decisions and Its not my house either! I’m willing to spend a lot of money to catify the room but I can see them always trying to get out and hang out around me because they hate being trapped and they all grew up around us as well. I’m feeling hopeless I think about this everyday and I only want the best for them..
Please help with any advice you have I’m lost!
