Advice about adopting a cat when a family member is allergic?

So this is my first post on this Reddit, and I could really use some insight. I've found a wonderful, sweet, beautiful cat and want to adopt him so badly. My family and I already have two hypoallergenic dogs and one hypoallergenic cat that we got about a month ago. My sister has pretty bad allergies, so we've always adopted only hypoallergenic animals. I deeply want to adopt this cat, though, and he's not hypoallergenic. I'm unsure of how I would keep him, though. My sister who has allergies is planning on moving out somewhere between 8-10 months from now, so I would just have to figure out how to keep him separated from her for that period of time. I was considering keeping him strictly in my room and cleaning daily to make sure I don't get any cat hair on her, but I share a room with my other sister, and I feel like that would be complicated. I have also considered asking someone else to keep him for the period of time before she moves out, but if anyone else has any ideas of how I could keep him just for the time before she moves out, please let me know!! I'm determined to make this work!!
