I found a baby Hermann tortoise in my garden the other day. This is my third one in the past 3 years, all of the predecessors have passed away. This one's not looking good either. My neighbor has tortoises in his garden and it's likely that my cat/dog carried this poor fella to my house. Will it help if I just bring it to his garden, he has a few adults, he's not a tortoise enthusiast or anything, but his garden is bigger and I feel like the small baby will get around and survive more easily with company? It's hybernating and not eating and I just don't want it to die, I don't have an environment to keep it, but I'd like to know if it's better for me to keep it until it's stronger, or to just let it go. Just want advice, thanks.
