Hi everyone for the longest time I thought I was allergic to pets and I hate it since I'm an animal lover. I just wanted to ask if it's possible to not be allergic to pets but instead be allergic to their waste/litter?
I noticed if the animal doesnt have a distinct smell or anything I dont get any allergies even after petting them for quite a while but once I smell the fumes or something from the litter, I get runny nose all of a sudden.
A cat can be all over my face and I wont get any allergy attacks. Any insights would be so much appreciated!
