When I am not home, my grandma goes out to the garage to smoke, and often my cat ends up in the garage and she leaves him in there. If you wait about 10 minutes, he will meow nonstop to come back in. I have told her many times she needs to let him back in, and when I am aware he is in the garage I always let him back In, but she never tells me and will ignore him for hours, despite what temperature it is outside. It gets below freezing here and last year it got over 100°f in the summer. Im often away from home for long periods of time and not able to let him in when im away, and she will fall asleep and neglect to let him in. When it comes to her dog refusing to come back in, she's all over that. Is there any way I can press charges for this?
