So I have a pekingese dog, she's only a couple years old. She out of nowhere just 10 minutes ago started wincing and crying in pain, and she isn't eating either. I even offered her too eat her favorite treats and she ignored them. I know something is wrong but idk what. She looks completely fine, no wounds that I could see and her stomach feels the same. Her gums look the same and she isn't drooling or anything. I would take her too the vet but specifically at this moment I don't have any money. Can anybody point me in the right direction on what could be wrong? Poor thing keeps wincing and closing her eyes and keep crying. I also checked her limbs too see if she hurt herself but she didn't wince when i moved her legs. Thank you.
