My cat is having an issue with brown dirt in her ears which is most likely ear mites. When cleaning, a cotton ball or gauze pad won't reach the dirt near the bottom part of her ear like inside the corners of the folds. Of course, that's where all the brown stuff is collecting. I'm afraid going further will scratch her ears since they're so sensitive.
Does anyone have any tips to get that far other than not q-tips? (pun not intended).
