I have just adopted two adorable fur babies named Blossom and Caesar. I have them both in a large room where they can run and jump around, but Caesar seems to only get on Blossom’s nerves. Whenever he sees her he’ll run up on her and she’ll hide under a bed and hiss. Usually he will retreat and leave her alone once she does this. Now unfortunately I don’t have another room for either of them, so separate rooms aren’t really an option (I have a bathroom that I could potentially move one of them to, but that may add stress to either them or my dog). The place I adopted them from said that they got along fine, and both of them are roughly 2 years old. For context I have had them in my house for about 4 days now. Caesar is a very energetic, curious, and talkative boy who is very antsy to explore and try new things. Blossom is usually a relaxed and loving woman, but she is also shy when it comes to new people. I obviously don’t want to have to rehome either of them or put them back in a shelter environment. I’m not sure what to do so that both of them are comfortable being around each other. Any help is greatly appreciated :)
