Hi! So I got my first ever guinea pig Wednesday. Right now it's just the one because I work from home and can be around him all day. I'm going to get another one soon though don't worry.
Anyways my guinea pig is still very scared which is normal but he's getting used to me. He'll come out of his hidey hole when I'm in the room and play. He just doesn't like it when I move around a lot
Anyways a bunch of websites recommend that he comes out of his cage to get some exercise. I have an empty room I can close off and let him explore but is it a good idea if he's still scared? Like he still won't eat from my hand yet nor does he want me to touch him. I just wanna make sure he won't get frightened by a new area or such.
Thanks!
