My 8y.o Rat Terrier S.D, Maggie, was acting very strange and was following me around crying. I assumed she was just scared of a neighbour or something but then I crouched down to pet her to comfort her. There was a piece of packing tape wrapped VERY tightly around her ankle. It was way too tight for it to have just gotten stuck, especially since the ends were pressed together. We removed it and it caused her a lot of pain because of her fur. She got a lot of treats and love. Any ideas on how this could’ve happened?
