My cat is being spayed on Friday and throughout her healing process, I want her to only eat wet food. There are three brands Im looking at: Fancy Feast, Iams and Earthborn. She’s 5 months old. The fancy feast and earthborn are targeted for both adult cats and kittens but I don’t know how to safe that is considering adults have different nutritional needs than a kitten. She’s on pro plan kitten rice and chicken formula dry. We used to feed her Iams when she was much younger but my country stopped importing it and we are gonna look but if there isn’t any, we’ll have to do either earthborn or fancy feast. In my country, they only import adult cat food and some say kittens can eat it. My question is how safe is that? Should I just get the earthborn and fancy feast?
