Need advice on keeping kitten ?

I was gifted a very cute and lovely kitten a few weeks ago. She is only 11 weeks old. I thought I outgrow my allergy because I’m fine when I cat sit for a few days. I noticed my allergies were coming around my new little kitten so I started vacuuming and mopping everyday which helped immensely but I haven’t been able to the last couple of days due to overtime at the office. Because I stopped mopping and vacuuming a couples days ago, my allergens are back and I am sneezing up a storm. I had to call in sick today because a client couldn’t understand my congested voice. I’m very upset. I want to keep her but I’m thinking it may be best to give her back to her mama cat and siblings (who are still with my friend who gifted her to me) both for her sake and mine. What should I do ? I don’t want her to internalize any feelings of abandonment but I also don’t have the luxury of deep cleaning everyday with my current office schedule. Please share any advice
