urgent tips for 4 month old kitten with coryza not eating, not energetic and underweight

so to so sum it up, my family havee a four month old kitten. she is underweight (around 1 kg), and since recently she have gotten sick. stuffed nose etc. she was taken to the vet, who told us it was coryza, got her medication. only a very few days ago, she puked some of it maybe, and did not want to eat. was acting sick and kept sleeping

this night, same but als,,o she seems to wobble sometimes when walking and again just keeps sleeping, she isnt energetic and i think she might drink less water, im guessing it hurts for her to swallow? we took her to the vet yesterday evening in urgence, bc her temperature seemed to have dropped and for the other reasons i explainedm. vet told us temperature was actually ok so maybe we took it wrong, 38.1 i think?, everything and good and this is just the coryza. gave her a injection of glucose and some perempted (one year old, but im guessing it was fine to use if she used it) medication of something about nutrients hat she also might have puked later on.

anyway this is pretty late here and i cant do much bc i need to wait for my parents to wake up and feed her, since we need to feed her by syringe, same for heating the bean bag thing unfortunately. but i still want to know how i could help a bit, also during the say. im very worried about it and her. ive been putting her in my heated bedroom and tiny blankets or scarfs to keep her warm, idk what to do else im just worried

edit: it seems she tries to go to her water bowl to drink, but then just look at it and then walk away without drinking now. is it her throat being sore?
