I sometimes hate the pet community so much. I hate the fact that they love to jump into conclusions, I hate how they attack someone if they do one incorrect thing. I understand you're trying to inform someone about how hard a pet is... But you really can't just gatekeep an animal. It's so annoying and shitty when someone gets so mad when you ask "hey I want a cuddly bird" and someone replies with "shut up. Birds are not cuddly. Go get a life" or "should I get a hamster, I heard they are cuddly" and some person starts attacking them for even thinking they are cuddly. Its so irritating. Yes they are living beings but some people make m i s t a k e s. You don't have to attack them for it.
